As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Your role is vitally important to our agency because this role directly fuels growth, retention and reputation. Every interaction we have with our customers builds trust and loyalty. We will have the privilege to speak to people on some of their best days - buying a new home, insuring their first vehicle or finally buying that boat they always wanted at the same time we must be a steady and compassionate presence on their hardest days, like after an accident.

This role has clear monthly production goals, commission-based compensation, and performance bonuses, 401K match, and health insurance (including dental and vision). This is a sales job.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Proactively prospect and generate new business

Conduct client consultations to identify coverage gaps

Cross-sell P&C and life insurance solutions

Meet monthly production goals

Uncapped earning potential

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven success in sales and meeting or exceeding targets, with strong prospecting, cross-selling, and consultative selling abilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; capable of presenting solutions clearly to clients

Experience in outside sales or retail environments; ability to negotiate, conduct market analysis, and manage sales administration tasks.
Compensation: $50,400.00 - $75,000.00 per year
